TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event that prices on engeika.com are mistakenly listed at an incorrect number, Wancher Inc. reserves the right to cancel any order placed for products with the incorrect prices. If Wancher Inc. already receive your payments in such cases, a full refund will be issued upon the cancellation.

TERMINATIONS

You agree to follow these Terms and Conditions upon your access to our website. Wancher Inc. reserves the right to terminate or change parts of these terms and conditions without notice.

Wancher Inc. shall block users or remove inappropriate information posted by users if they are found to be against Wancher Inc.'s Terms and Conditions of Use.

Shipping

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We ship worldwide for all items on engeika.com via Japan Post or DHL. You can choose either standard or expedited shipping method during checkout. Both comes with tracking number and shipping insurance.

Shipping fee is calculated as follow:

ORDER LESS THAN $300

• Standard (5~20 days): $19.00
• Express (4~10 days): $29.00

ORDER BETWEEN $300 - $500

• Standard (5~20 days): FREE
• Express (4~10 days): $29.00

CUSTOM / IMPORT DUTY:

All our products are shipped from Japan and will be declared at the actual value of your product. Please kindly note that you are responsible for all customs and import fees when the parcel reaches the destination country and we will not be responsible for any customs and import fees charged.

Since customs duty varies for every country, the customs and import fees might be different depending on the shipping address. Please check with your country's regulations to calculate the fees.

If your parcel is returned back to us because of failure to pay the customs duty charges, you can choose to have it reshipped (you have to pay for the shipping again) or cancel the order. For the latter case, please note you will be refunded for your order after deducting the shipping fees for the two-way shipment.

Due to Japan Postal Service restriction, the only shipping service for the country/area listed below is Express Shipping. We are very sorry for any inconveniences and thank you for your kind understanding.

Please note orders which are placed during weekend or national holidays will be processed on the following business day. Handling time for each order is 2-4 days.

Delivery varies by destination. It might also be prolonged upon special request of customization or pre-order.
