WORLDWIDE SHIPPING FEE

* As of August 27, 2025, Japan Post has suspended shipments to the United States of America. This means that Standard Shipping will not be an available option for orders bound for the US. This will be updated if and when Japan Post resumes shipments to the United States.

Due to extenuating circumstances out of our control, the shipping fees for the following countries will be 75 USD, and your package will be shipped via Express Shipping by default:

United Arab Emirates

Qatar
Egypt

As of February 1, 2026, all orders bound for Turkey will be shipped with Japan Post EMS, and it will cost 30 USD. Please note that Turkish customs are currently requiring a Customs Broker in order to approve of any packages sent from Japan to Turkey. Wancher is not responsible or liable for these fees. If you are based in Turkey, and you reject your package because you are unwilling to pay the fees that the government has required you to pay, the fees will be deducted from your refund upon the return of the package to our office.

Shipping fee is calculated as follow:

ORDER BETWEEN 0 ~ 499 (USD)

Express Shipping via DHL (5-10 Business Days): 30 USD

  • DHL is notable for its fast, reliable tracking. However, please note that the courier may charge brokerage fees at their discretion, and this will be added to the destination country's customs / tariff fees. The customer will be responsible for paying all aforementioned fees.

Express Shipping via UPS (5-10 Business Days): 25 USD
  • UPS is notable for its fast, reliable tracking. However, please note that the courier may charge brokerage fees at their discretion, and this will be added to the destination country's customs / tariff fees. The customer will be responsible for paying all aforementioned fees.
Express Shipping via Japan Post's EMS (5-10 Business Days): 25 USD
  • Japan Post EMS is notable for its minimal tracking updates, and it rarely charges courier or brokerage fees. However, as with any other courier service, the customer will still be responsible for paying all fees, such as taxes, tariffs, or other related fees.

Express Shipping via DHL (5-10 Business Days): FREE

  • DHL is notable for its fast, reliable tracking. However, please note that the courier may charge brokerage fees at their discretion, and this will be added to the destination country's customs / tariff fees. The customer will be responsible for paying all aforementioned fees.

Express Shipping via UPS (5-10 Business Days): FREE
  • UPS is notable for its fast, reliable tracking. However, please note that the courier may charge brokerage fees at their discretion, and this will be added to the destination country's customs / tariff fees. The customer will be responsible for paying all aforementioned fees.
Express Shipping via Japan Post's EMS (5-10 Business Days): FREE
  • Japan Post EMS is notable for its minimal tracking updates, and it rarely charges courier or brokerage fees. However, as with any other courier service, the customer will still be responsible for paying all fees, such as taxes, tariffs, or other related fees.

Note: In special situations, UPS or Japan Post EMS may be utilized instead of DHL for Express Shipping. This will normally be done because the estimated date of delivery given by DHL was longer than the average.

Handling Time

1. Handling time for orders of items currently in stock are 3-5 Business Days. Please note that we are unable to provide international shipments on weekends and national holidays (unless otherwise announced).

2. Delivery time varies by destination

3. Orders placed during weekends or national holidays will be processed on the following business day.

4. The expected shipping date for pre-order/customized items will differ from currently available items.

*If your cart contains both in-stock and pre-order/Customized items, you will be contacted by a Engeika Customer Service representative to inquire if you would like the in-stock item to be shipped ahead of the pre-order item.

Custom Duty and Tax Charges

All our products are shipped from Japan and will be declared at the actual value of your product. Please kindly note that you are responsible for all customs and import fees when the parcel reaches the destination country and we will not be responsible for any customs and import fees charged.

Since customs duty varies for every country, the customs and import fees might be different depending on the shipping address. Please check with your country's regulations to calculate the fees.

If your parcel is returned back to us because of failure to pay the customs duty charges, you can choose to have it reshipped (you have to pay for the shipping again) or cancel the order. For the latter case, please note you will be refunded for your order after deducting the shipping fees for the two-way shipment.

Our Courier Partners

We are delighted to offer Japan Post (EMS), UPS, and DHL as shipping options worldwide with a few exceptions.

Japan Post (EMS): This is the national postal service of Japan, and you can expect to receive your package within 12 business days of the courier's pickup. Based on the firsthand accounts of our loyal customers, Japan Post (EMS) is quite reliable, and they are unlikely to charge additional brokerage fees on top of the customs fees charged by the destination country. The tracking, while reliable, will not be as detailed, or as up-to-date, as our other courier partners.

Please note that there is currently no online payment option for taxes with Japan Post (EMS), unlike with DHL and UPS. We recommend that you contact your local post office and provide your Japan Post tracking number and ask for specific instruction on your country's payment procedure.

As of August 1, 2025, Japan Post has ceased all commercial shipments to the United States of America. As such, if you are based in the United States, your courier options will be DHL and UPS.

UPS: You can expect to receive your package within 10 business days of its pickup from our office. The tracking and the online payment of duties / taxes are quite detailed, convenient, and reliable.

UPS will likely charge brokerage fees. These fees are at the discretion of the courier (UPS), and Wancher has no control or say over the amount charged by the courier.

Please note that if you opt to pay your customs fees through the UPS website, it will be considerably cheaper than if you were to pay in cash upon delivery.

DHL: You can expect to receive your package within 10 business days of its pickup from our office. The tracking and the online payment of duties / taxes are quite detailed, convenient, and reliable.

DHL will likely charge brokerage fees. These fees are at the discretion of the courier (DHL), and Wancher has no control or say over the amount charged by the courier.

Please note that if you opt to pay your customs fees through the DHL website, it will be considerably cheaper than if you were to pay in cash upon delivery.

Delivery varies by destination. It might also be prolonged upon special request of customization or pre-order.
